Fulfillment Process
Receiving
We conduct cross-referencing between Advanced Shipment Notice and actual receiving of the product. We also check for quantity and any possible damage.
Processing
Whenever necessary, we may conduct processes such as labeling, kitting, etc.
Transferring
Once done, we transfer your products at key locations with regards to storage or operating efficiency.
Storage
Provision for a satisfactory storage environment with regard to specific temperature requirements etc, If required.
Until the delivery date, we will store your products and ensure that, when necessary, it will meet certain condition settings such as temperature requirements, etc.
Picking
Once ready for delivery, we will pick the products and get them ready for inspection.
Inspection
We use barcode scanning to ensure we are as accurate as possible before delivering your products.
Wrapping
Whenever necessary, we may conduct special operations such as gift-wrap, ribboning, campaign seal application, etc.
Enclosing
Next, we will conduct enclosure of leaflets, samples, packing list and/or transfer form by the consignees.
Packing
Before pre-shipment, we will conduct attentive packing processes with special regard for the recipient consignees.
Pre-Shipment
We will prepare your packaged products for shipping.
Shipping
We will arrange the respective truckers and/or couriers to prepare your product for delivery.
Delivery
Finally, your products will be delivered to your customers!
