This is how our sourcing works-:
1. Order the product from websites like Aliexpress, Taobao, Tmall, and suppliers here in China.
We can purchase the products for our customers from different suppliers in China.First, you have to select the products from the websites and can send the link to us.We will purchase the same product you have selected or if you want, we will try to source the product at a better price with same quality. You will have a unique id in our system which we share with the supplier and supplier will send the product to us in that ID.We will have a separate storage space to store your products in our warehouse. You will be able to track the stock movement in the Fulfillmen system using your unique ID.
For sourcing works, we will charge you as per the volume of orders.
If the volume is very less say 1 to 5 pieces a day, then it will cost 5% to 7% of the product value.
If it is a bulk purchase, then the charges will be 1% to 3% of the product value depending upon the volume.
All sourcing request will be considered only after the customer makes a security deposit of 100USD which is refundable if the customer places the order.
2. When the item is received, carefully checking for defectives/damages in the product Normally we do a random quality check of the products received from the supplier. This service is free of cost. If you want to take photographs of the products or want a detailed quality check, then you will have to pay a small labor charge. We charge for these services on an hourly basis as per the complexity of work.
3. If the item(s) is defective/damaged, contacting the seller and returning/exchanging the item We will return the products to the supplier for noticeable damages and mismatch products. You only have to bear the shipping cost for the same.
4. Consolidating multiple items together in one package if applicable. We do consolidation as per your demands. Charges will depend on the complexity of work.
5. Professionally package the product for safe delivery with custom logo and invoice We offer custom packing also. You have to send us your logo and designs for the custom pack. We provide detailed invoices also.
6. Fast, reliable and cheap shipping rates that will help me compete in the market. We have partnered with all the trusted shipping partners which help us to give you quality services at cheaper rates. The rates which we offer to our customers are the best in the market.
7. Has a customer-friendly return policy. Return policies are to be formulated between you and the customers. It would be easy for you if you could have an office in any of your destinations so that the customer who wants to return the product can send the product to that office. You can just consolidate all the returned items and can send it back to the supplier together. This will reduce your expenses in shipping.

- After you Signup ,To activate your Fulfillment account, you need to submit one of the following documents as a proof:
- a. For Business Account: Copy of Business License
- b. For Personal Account: A copy of Driver’s License or Passport
- The name on the document must match that of your PayPal or bank account (which you will later use for top-up).
- You can add while Signup or Email it to [email protected]
- Please write your FULFILLMEN User ID in the email subject line. We will verify and activate your account within 1 business day.
- You can then login to the User Center and have full access.

You can easily get back your Fulfillmen account even you forget your password by simply email us.

And you will notify with confirmation email with new password details.
Orders Forwarding compensation criteria:
If your products are lost, lack of quantity, damaged or delayed throughout the shipment process due to reasons, not in Fulfillmen’s control, fulfillmen is not responsible for any compensation. For indirect and not actualized profit losses, we will also not be responsible for any compensation. Please see the “Compensation rules” for more details.
Fulfillmen is not liable for any compensation in these following situations:
Sending Prohibited items
Items that cannot be shipped through
1. Items which are forbidden to be distributed or shipped according to the national laws.
2. Explosive, inflammable, erosive, radioactive or poisonous hazardous items.
3. Publications, books, sources or items containing sensitive content or pornography.
4. Currencies of all kinds.
5. Items that violate public health.
6. Items that decayed easily
7. Live animals
8. Items that are not well packed and may cause hazards to the operators, or damage other packages.
9. Other items unsuitable for shipment through mail etc.
Orders send Via Express and Special Lines will considered Lost after a month and for postal/standard shipping lines 2months being sent out.
All relevant fees such us handling fee and shipping fee will be refunded if the user provides Fulfillmen with the proper document to prove that the package is lost. The Product cost refund based on the insurance and terms and conditions from the Shipping channels used.
If the order was handled as lost but found at the end and delivered to the recipient, the order will be handled according to negotiation results with users.
If packages from overseas is returned because of the ” unqualified international security check “, “no sign” , “address unknown”, “out for delivery” and other reasons, you are responsible for redelivery /return fee if any..
FULFILLMEN RETURN POLICIES
Fulfillmen always strives to give our customers the best after sales service possible. We have a team of trained specialists who are exclusively handling return orders. Fulfillmen works according to the customer’s return policies. We will coordinate with the customer’s terms and regulations to handle return orders.
However, we do have our standard ways of handling returns.
First, you can set a local address may be at the city where you reside, so that if customers wants to return the product, they can send it to the local address and you can consolidate those returned orders in one month together and send it to Hong kong address(which we will provide you) and we will clear the items from Hong kong, once the channel has enough volume to ship it back to China. Because any item imported to China will incur import taxes, so it is not recommended to send items one by one as it will cost you more in terms of import duties. Therefore we will wait till the channel has more volume say 3000kg(doesn’t have to be your products only, all the packages together) to reduce the import duty. This is the common method we use.
Sometimes, the returns you have received in your local address may be due to small issues like issues in size, color etc, and it can be used to fulfill orders to that city where your local address is located .
Secondly, the customer can send the package directly to Hong Kong warehouse which will be expensive than the first method.
Next, the customers can send the return packages directly to China, which will incur import duty. The can send via local post to China which will take 10 to 14 working days time to reach us.
There may be situations when the customers did not accept the package at all or the channel could not contact the customer. In that cases, the channel will notify us regarding the same and we will inform you and ask you to decide on the matter. In these cases, you can opt for a change of address locally in the destination country and ask for the products to be delivered there. Also, for express channels, if the customers did not accept the package and they send it back to us then they will charge more than double the amount of shipping cost for returning the package and the import duty also needs to be paid. This will not be worthy sometimes and many customers will ask the couriers to destroy the item, and send a new item to the customer.
For postal channels, only import duty has to be paid and there is no charge for returning the products. But the products may take more than 2 months to get back and tracking is almost impossible.
In every case, you will have to confirm to us, when to resend the product. For eg., if you ask us to resend the item. Only after the returned item reached us then there are chances that it might take too much time. So you have to decide on this thing and should let us know.
