Fulfillmen International Logistics is equipped with a highly efficient team of experts specializing in sourcing products from Chinese suppliers. We source products based on customer requirements, ensuring good quality at the most competitive prices in the market.

How Our Sourcing Works

Product Ordering
You select products from websites such as AliExpress, Taobao, Tmall, or directly from Chinese suppliers. Send us the product links, and we will purchase them on your behalf. If you prefer, we can also source the same quality products at a better price. Each customer receives a unique ID in our system, which is shared with the supplier. Products are stored under this ID in our warehouse. You can track your stock movement in the Fulfillmen system anytime.

Charges:

Small orders (1–5 pieces/day): 5%–7% of product value
Bulk orders: 1%–3% of product value (depending on volume)
Note: A refundable $100 security deposit is required before sourcing begins.

Product Inspection
We conduct free random quality checks on received products. If you require detailed inspection or product photography, additional hourly labor charges apply (based on complexity).
Returns & Exchanges
Damaged or mismatched products will be returned to the supplier. You only cover the return shipping cost.
Order Consolidation
Multiple products can be consolidated into one package on request. Charges depend on the complexity of consolidation.
Professional Packaging
We offer custom packaging with your logo and design. Detailed invoices can also be included.
Affordable Shipping
We partner with trusted logistics providers, ensuring fast, reliable, and cost-effective shipping rates. Our rates are among the most competitive in the market.
Customer-Friendly Returns
We recommend setting up a local return address in your target market. Returned items can be consolidated and sent back together, saving you money on shipping costs.

We provide fully certified Quality Control & Supply Chain Assessment services, including:

Inspections: In-Line, During Production (DuPro), Pre-Shipment (PSI), Container Loading Check (CLC)
Lab Testing: Performance, Safety & Compliance (REACh, CPSIA, ASTM F963, EN 71, RoHS, etc.)
Audits: Factory audits, ethical audits (SMETA, ICS, RJC), security audits (C-TPAT), and more

Fulfillmen Account

Activate Your Account
To activate your Fulfillmen account, submit one of the following:

Business Account: Copy of Business License
Personal Account: Copy of Driver’s License or Passport

The name must match your PayPal or bank account. Send documents via email to [email protected] with your Fulfillmen User ID in the subject line. Accounts are verified and activated within 1 business day.

Reset Your Password
If you forget your password, email [email protected] with the subject line:
“Default Password – [Your Fulfillmen Account Number]”
You will receive a confirmation email with new login details.

Shipping Services

Parcel Restrictions & Liability
Fulfillmen is not responsible for compensation in cases of:

Prohibited or restricted items (explosives, currency, live animals, etc.)
Poor packaging that causes damage
Losses beyond our control

Lost packages are defined as:

Express/Special Lines: After 1 month
Postal/Standard Shipping: After 2 months

Shipping fees will be refunded upon proper proof of loss. Product cost refunds depend on insurance and channel terms.

Returns Handling
We support multiple return solutions:

Local Returns: Customers return items to your local office. These can later be consolidated and shipped to our Hong Kong address.
Direct to Hong Kong: Customers send returns to our Hong Kong warehouse (faster, but more costly).
Direct to China: Customers send returns directly to China (incurs import duties).

Note: For express channels, return shipping often costs double, plus import duties. In such cases, many sellers prefer the item be destroyed and replaced with a new one.
